This man has the gift of preparing a nectar worthy of the gods of Olympus. The birria de la 12 or the birria de Leonel is the most delicious thing prepared on this planet earth. If you are a demanding fat person like me, you will understand me. The birria is served on a very hot copious plate. You add the onion, lemon, salt and sauce. You can add chilito. They bring you freshly made tortillas or you can order quesadillas. The consomme is the best thing that exists to cure depression, hangover or lovesickness. This birria is not sold locally. It is on the street where you sit to eat it, in the shade of some small trees. Everything is extremely clean. Arrive early, before 11 a.m. because everything ends.
Excellent birria, truly the best I have ever tasted, handmade tortillas and they will change them if they get cold! Very good service, they are attentive to what you need and everyone is very friendly, you will wake up feeling very happy to have had lunch with Leonel.
The best, very delicious, it does not change its delicious flavor and the wonderful sauces that accompany the birria are delicious, 100% recommended, just go early because by 10:30 it is running out.

It's beef birria, it's light, it's not thick, it has a good flavor and the tortillas are handmade. The owner and the employees are very friendly and attentive in case you need something. A place to have breakfast 2 or 3 times a week if you like birria, 100% family-friendly.
